Stiftelsen har til formål å gi individuelle tilskudd (stipend) til prosjektstøtte, studiereiser og kurs, samt utplasseringer, for studenter og tidligere studenter ved OsloMet lokalisert på Romerike, innenfor design og forming. Tilsvarende kan det gis individuelle stipend til utenlandske studenter for hospitering ved OsloMet lokalisert på Romerike, og stipend til studiereiser og kurs til tidligere studenter av Statens lærerhøgskole i forming, Blaker.
